Its technology is clinically proven in more than a dozen of independent studies and over 4.5 million treatments globally. The VelaShape device employs several treatment modalities:

• Infrared light (IR) which heats the tissue up to 5 mm in depth.
• Bipolar Radio Frequency (RF) that heats tissue from 2 – 20 mm.

• Vacuum +/- massage mechanisms enable precise targeting of energy to the tissue.
Treatment Protocol
• Do not apply any kind of essential oils, creams or lotions on the area to be treated.
• Avoid exposing the area to be treated to sun or tanning beds 1 week before and after the session.
• One should wait 1 week after a laser hair removal treatment before undergoing VelaShape.
• Treatment constitutes of 4 to 6 sessions spread a week apart.
• Maintenance is recommended monthly, then gradually up to once every 3 – 6 months.

Mesotherapy

Mesosculpting is the answer to the question that so many people have been asking:
Is it possible to get rid of fat without having some kind of invasive procedure?
Microinjections of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants are given using a proprietary, individualized "fat burning" formula.
These injections are given directly into the areas being treated i.e. love handles, thighs, etc.
A series of treatments (5-15) are given spaced 1 week apart. Results are considered permanent as long as the patient adheres to the proper nutrition and exercise regimen.
For those who find liposuction "too much" Mesotherapy for fat loss and body contouring is absolutely the answer. For those patients who have already had liposuction, and now find fat depositing in other areas as well as increased cellulite build up, Mesotherapy is surely what you're looking for.

LPG

Cellulite affects over 80% of post-adolescent women, young and old, active and non active. Although diet and exercise can help, they do not eliminate the ripples and dimples that give skin an uneven and orange surface-like texture. Even though topical treatments can temporarily mask the problem, they remain largely ineffective because surface dimpling is a symptom of cellulite rather than the cause.
Endermologie is a unique, non invasive, deep tissue therapy that is recognized as the first treatment to receive FDA clearance for "the temporary improvement in the appearance of cellulite and circumferential body measurements".
This mechanical treatment combined with diet and exercise will diminish the appearance of cellulite, improve skin tone and redefine your figure.

Carboxytherapy

Carboxytherapy refers to the cutaneous and subcutaneous administration of carbon dioxide gas [CO2] for therapeutic purposes.
What is the process of Carboxytherapy?
First of all, your physician will examine your body and decide the amount of CO2 that should be injected in the site.
The session will take from 10 to 15 minutes where the CO2 will be injected under the skin using very minute caliber needle (less than 0.3 mm).
The process is very simple; there is no recovery period or pre operative technique as there is no anesthesia involved in the session.
Carboxytherapy for Cellulite
Cellulite is formed because of the accumulation of fat cells between the fibrous tissue filaments so, removing these cells and increasing the firmness of the fibrous tissues will end such problem permanently.
Patients could make use of Carboxytherapy to get rid of cellulite because of its effect on fat cells.
Carbon Dioxide is able to destroy most of the fat cells beneath the skin. In addition to its effect on fat cells, carbon dioxide will also increase the amount of blood reaching the fibrous tissue layer beneath the skin. So, your skin will look healthier because of the increased blood supply, your fibrous tissue will get thicker and firmer with less fat cells in between.
Carboxytherapy Pain Management
People might think that Carboxytherapy needs pain management after the session like liposuction or any other traditional method of treatment but, the truth is that you do not even need a single pill of pain killer after the session.
Carboxytherapy Possible Side Effects
Surprisingly, the process has the minimal side effects when compared to other methods. The possible side effects are the redness and numbness of the skin at the area of injection. There are no other common or known side effects recorded with patients treated with Carboxytherapy.
Duration of Treatment
Carboxytherapy can extend from 4 to 16 sessions. Sessions could be attended every other day or every three or seven days.
Efficacy of Treatment
The effect of the treatment can extend for more than a year if the patient is following a good controlled diet with the optimum exercise. The duration will get shorter if the patient is not following these instructions and not practicing any kind of sport.
