    To ensure the best results and minimize potential complications, there are several do’s and don’ts to consider before and after Morpheus8 Pro treatment:

     

    Before the treatment (Do’s):

     

    • Avoid excessive sun exposure and use sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to protect your skin.
    • Depending on your practitioner’s recommendations, you may need to stop using certain skincare products or medications that can increase skin sensitivity or risk of complications.
    • Keep your skin well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water in the days leading up to your treatment.
    • Ensure your skin is clean and free of makeup, lotions, or creams on the day of the treatment.

     

    After the treatment (Don’ts):

    • After treatment, your skin is more sensitive. Avoid direct sun for a week and apply sunscreen daily for protection.
    • Resist the urge to pick at any scabs or peeling skin. Let your skin heal naturally to minimize the risk of infection or scarring.
    • Avoid hot water, saunas, and steam rooms for a few days after treatment, as heat can increase swelling and redness.
    • Do not exercise excessively for a few days post-treatment to prevent infection and irritation.
    • Don’t use irritating skincare products for a few days to a week, as your skin will be sensitive.
    • Minimize alcohol intake and refrain from smoking, as these habits can slow down the healing process and negatively impact your skin’s recovery.
    • Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and promote healing.
