Terms and Conditions

1. The Merchant hereby agrees to remit payment of fees and charges for the services provided by Silkor Laser Hair Removal
2. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the applicable fees and charges for the services provided by Silkor Laser Hair Removal are non-refundable and payable in advance, as stated in the All-Channel Merchant Services Agreement (MSA) and you expressly and irrevocably waive any and all claims against Silkor Laser Hair Removal related to the refund of these fees and charges amount.
3. Upon successful payment, the transaction completion notification will be sent to you.
4. Silkor Laser Hair Removal reserves the right to suspend services or terminate the agreement if fee and/ or charge payment is not made within the specified validity period of the payment link.
5. Silkor Laser Hair Removal No refund will be made, under any circumstance, for special offers after the payment
6. Silkor Laser Hair Removal No advance payments made by me shall be refunded at any time for any reason after the expiry of twenty-four hours from the time of payment, at which point such payments shall be considered non-refundable deposits, accordingly  I irrevocably waive and forfeit my rights to request any refund following expiry of such period
7. All purchased packages or advance payments (prepaid) for any Silkor services, including but not limited to Hair Removal, Skin Treatments, Facials, Slimming, Injectables, and Plastic Surgeries, are subject to a 2-year expiration period. The expiration period will begin from the initial date of payment. Any unused services after this period will be forfeited.

• يوافق التاجر هنا على تحويل مبلغ الرسوم والتكاليف عن الخدمات المقدمة من قبل شركة سيلكور لإزالة الشعر بالليزر ذ.م.م.
• بموجب هذه الشروط، تعترف وتوافق على أن الرسوم والتكاليف المعمول بها للخدمات التي تقدمها شركة سيلكور لإزالة الشعر بالليزر ذ.م.م.غير قابلة للاسترداد ويجب دفعها مقدمًا، كما هو موضح في اتفاق خدمات التاجر عبر جميع القنوات (MSA)، وتتنازل بشكل صريح ولا رجعة فيه عن أي مطالبات تتعلق بإعادة المبلغ المدفوع.
• عندما يتم دفع المبلغ بنجاح، سيتم إرسال إشعار اكتمال العملية إليك.
• تحتفظ شركة سيلكور لإزالة الشعر بالليزر ذ.م.م بالحق في تعليق الخدمات أو إنهاء الاتفاق إذا لم يتم دفع رسوم الخدمة و/أو التكلفة خلال الفترة المحددة لصلاحية رابط الدفع.
• يُرجى ملاحظة أنه لن يتم استرداد أي مبلغ مدفوع تحت أي ظرف من الظروف بعد الدفع لعروض خاصة.
• لا يجوز استرداد أي مبلغ مدفوع مقدمًا من قبلك لأي سبب بعد انتهاء مرور أربعة وعشرين ساعة من وقت الدفع، ومن هذه اللحظة يُعتبر مثل هذه المدفوعات إيداعات غير قابلة للاسترداد، وبناءً على ذلك، تتنازل عن حقوقك بشكل لا رجعة فيه لطلب أي استرداد بعد انقضاء هذه الفترة
• جميع الباقات المشتراة أو المدفوعات المسبقة (المدفوعة مقدمًا) لأي من خدمات سيلكور، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: إزالة الشعر، علاجات البشرة، العناية بالوجه، التنحيف، الحقن، والجراحات التجميلية، تخضع لفترة انتهاء صلاحية مدتها عامين. ستبدأ فترة انتهاء الصلاحية من تاريخ الدفع الأولي. سيتم فقدان أي خدمات غير مستخدمة بعد هذه الفترة.
