About the Treatment
Our center employs highly qualified medical specialists of the first and highest qualification categories with work experience of at least 10 years.
What if your skin-rejuvenation treatment started with something your body already has?
La Vida PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) uses a concentrated preparation of your own platelets, which contain growth factors involved in the body’s natural repair processes. When used for aesthetic purposes, PRP may help improve the appearance of fine lines, uneven texture, and certain scars while supporting collagen production.

How does it work?
Your blood contains platelets that release growth factors when activated. For La Vida, a sample of your blood is collected and processed to prepare platelet-rich plasma, which is then injected into selected treatment areas by a qualified medical practitioner.
The aim is to support your skin’s natural repair and collagen-producing processes over time. Unlike dermal fillers, PRP does not work by adding the same type of immediate volume. Any improvement develops gradually and varies from person to person.
No borrowed ingredients. Just a treatment made from you, for you.
Not a Quick Fix. A Different Kind of Refresh.
La Vida takes a regenerative approach to aesthetic treatment. Rather than simply adding volume or treating the skin’s surface, PRP works with biological processes already involved in tissue repair.
At Silkor, your dermatologist assesses your skin or hair concerns and determines whether PRP is suitable for you. Your treatment plan depends on the area being treated, your goals, and your individual needs.
Sometimes the interesting isn’t adding something new. It’s working with what you already have.
Where Can La Vida Make a Difference?
PRP may be used to address a range of skin and hair concerns, depending on the treatment plan.
- Dull-looking skin: Supporting a fresher, healthier-looking complexion.
- Fine lines and wrinkles: Helping improve the appearance of selected fine lines.
- Uneven texture and enlarged pores: Supporting improvements in overall skin texture.
- Scars and stretch marks: Potentially improving their appearance over a course of treatment.
- Pigmentation: May be considered for selected concerns, depending on the cause and your dermatologist’s assessment.
- Hair thinning: PRP may help support hair growth in certain types of hair loss.
Results vary, and PRP is not a guaranteed solution for every skin or hair concern. Your dermatologist will explain what it may realistically achieve for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
All you need to know about this treatment.
No. PRP uses a concentrated preparation of your own platelets to support tissue repair and collagen production. Dermal fillers add volume using injectable materials designed for that purpose. They work differently and are not interchangeable.
A topical anesthetic may be used to help minimize discomfort. You may experience temporary swelling, bruising, tenderness, or itching after treatment.
It depends on the area being treated, your concerns, and your response to treatment. Silkor’s general La Vida guidance describes a course of three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart for many patients over 40, while some younger patients may need fewer sessions. Your dermatologist will recommend an appropriate plan for you.
PRP results develop gradually rather than appearing immediately. Some people begin noticing changes within a few weeks, with further changes over the following months. The timing and extent of results vary depending on the treatment area and individual response.
